Yashasvi’s breakthrough came in 2015 when he scored an unbeaten 319 runs and took 13 wickets in a Giles Shield match, setting a record in Indian school cricket. His performance earned him a spot in the Mumbai Under-16 team, and he quickly progressed through the ranks.
